Bridgeport was built in 2004 – then and now a departure from other Pearl projects because of its traditional home design.  Bridgeport is actually comprised of two buildings – the east building with 56 units and the West Building with 67 units – connected by a courtyard accented with landscaped patios and a public way lined with flowers, native grasses and ornamental sculptures.   Typical units have beech floors in the living room and kitchen; gas fireplaces finished in honed dynasty stone black slab granite and carpeted bedrooms.

The ground floor retail space of the east building is home to D.F Restaurant, Via Delizia Italian Dessert House and Cafe, Iolite Salon and Kanani Pearl Spa.  Bridgeport’s east building faces Tanner Springs Park.

Bridgeport is a part of the Hoyt Street Yards Community.
