Ground floor retail tenants include Rich’s Cigar, Judith Arnell Jewelers, Imelda’s Shoes, Louie’s Shoes for Men, Custom by ConstructaVision, The Eye Studio, Trust: A Lounge, and Beppu Wiarda Gallery.  The plaza will be home to Isabel, a South American restaurant with outdoor seating.
