The Henry – a 15-story luxury high rise – was completed in 2004.  It is adjacent to the historic Portland Armory, home of the Gerding Theater in the popular Brewery Blocks area of the Pearl District.

The Henry also features an air-to-water heat exchange system that captures waste heat to pre-heat the building's domestic hot water, saving energy and lowering utility bills for its owners. This system, combined with super-efficient lighting design, shading on the southern facade, and a range of other performance-enhancing features add up to energy savings of over forty percent.”

The Henry is located right on the Portland Streetcar line providing easy access to downtown, the South Waterfront and NW 23rd.  Ground floor retail includes Adidas Originals, Sole, Ten-01 and Lucy.
