The Lexis is a 5-story condominium that was converted from an apartment building.  It’s industrial exterior – metal façade with white pre-cast concrete columns clad in perforated aluminum, stainless steel mesh and glass tile – gives a nod to the area’s industrial roots.  Its raised central courtyard overlooks Tanner Springs Park.

Unit finishes include custom Cherry wood kitchen cabinets, polished stone kitchen and bathroom countertops, and stainless steel appliances.  Building amenities include a fitness center and community room.
